The Global Mobility (GM) team manages and facilitates the cross-border mobility of talent within Diageo. 
The GM Operations Budapest team has the primary responsibility for delivering accurate, timely and compliant GM services to Diageo's cross-border talent, with exceptional customer service at the heart of every interaction.  Additionally, the GM Operations Budapest team provide administrative support to the GM Advisory London team.

We are looking for trainees for a period of 6 months either in full or part time.


How to serve

•Takes instruction and collaborates with the GM Advisory London to ensure correct handoffs and reduction of complexity for our customers.
•Excellent team work with the GM Operations Budapest team and with the GM Advisory London team to ensure service continuity, great customer experience, mutual learning, growth and overall reputation.
•Undertakes the following GM Operational tasks:
-Cost Projection Management 
-Global Mobility Initiation Form (GMIF) Management (review for completion of data & working w/ requestors on data accuracy) 
-External Vendor management 
-GM systems & International Assignee (IA) records management 
-Case management in Workday
-Management of IA documentation 
•Exception Management 
•IA Compensation setup 
•Payroll Management (monthly payroll instruction)
•IA related reports




•Ongoing studies 
•Attention to details and accuracy
•Ability of working with deadlines
•Quick problem solving
•Good business English – able to effectively communicate with all the relevant parties
•Positive attitude towards work
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
•Excellent customer service and customer care mind-set
