•English language knowledge strong B2 level
•Italian language knowledge, at least a strong B1 level or B2 level
•Confident Excel usage is an advantage but not a must
•Open-minded personality, precise and accurate
•Maintaining corporate and leisure customers’ accounts in the systems
•Maintaining rates in the systems
•Maintaining rental locations, fleet data and terms & conditions in the systems
•Managing queries from internal/external partners and customers via email
•Providing administrative support to sales managers in the country headquarters
•Precise documentation of actions and resolutions in the relevant systems
