Feladatok:

• Registering AP invoices, communicating with internal and external stakeholders
• Support employee expense process
• Preparing and registering payments
• Processing bank payments/refunds, creating AP manual journals entries as appropriate in NetSuite ERP system

Elvárások:

• The position is open for applicants with active or passive university student status
• Ongoing studies in Accounting and Finance or related field for at least 1 more year
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hungarian
• Experience in Accounts Payable

• Be able to invest at least 20-30 hours per week according to agreed schedule
