Introduction

Tasks

• Lead and refine the AI and data product roadmap, aligning business priorities with AI opportunities that create measurable customer and operational value
  

• Translate complex AI and data capabilities into intuitive user experiences that solve real-world problems and drive adoption
  

• Partner closely with data science, machine learning, and engineering teams to define, deliver, and scale impactful AI solutions
  

• Own and deliver on product OKRs and key success metrics, ensuring measurable impact and progress toward strategic goals
  

• Identify and define AI-driven use cases, translating them into actionable backlog initiatives that align with the company’s broader vision and priorities
  

• Prioritize the product backlog based on strategic impact, customer value, and feasibility; ensure all initiatives have clear rationale, success criteria, and ethical AI considerations
  

• Collaborate with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to identify high-value use cases and convert them into actionable product initiatives
  

• Stay ahead of AI and data trends, identifying emerging technologies (agentic AI, LLMs, computer vision, predictive analytics, automation, data platforms) that can be leveraged for innovation
  

• Communicate product vision and progress effectively, including leading demos, presenting results to executive leadership, and representing the AI product area externally when needed
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in SaaS, B2B, or enterprise software
  

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in AI-related product development, working with data science, ML, or analytics teams
  

• Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, model lifecycle, and AI system integration (you don’t need to code, but you should know how AI works in practice)
  

• Proven ability to connect business goals, customer needs, and AI technology into a coherent and executable product strategy
  

• Experience in defining metrics for AI performance and success
  

• Working proficiency in Hungarian and excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal), with the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders
  

• Analytical, data-driven decision-maker with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  

• Passion for responsible and ethical AI deployment and creating value
