Air Cargo Business Unit Lead
Feladatok
- Build and lead the Air Cargo business unit from the ground up
- Define and execute commercial and operational strategy for export, charter and GSA activities
- Develop export volumes from key airports (BUD, PRG, BTS, OMR, OTP, LEJ, LGG, BEG, INI and future locations)
- Organize and manage full and part cargo charter operations, including pricing, capacity sourcing and execution
- Establish and grow GSA representations and manage airline relationships, contracts and KPIs
- Lead pricing strategy and key customer relationships
- Ensure compliant, high-quality air cargo operations (IATA, airline, customs, security)
- Build, lead and develop a growing sales and operations team
Elvárások
- 7–10+ years of experience in air cargo / logistics, with exposure to charters and/or GSA
- Proven track record in managing air cargo volumes and airline partnerships
- Strong commercial, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Solid knowledge of air cargo operations and IATA regulations
- Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on leadership approach
- Fluent English; experience with TMS and airline booking systems
