Receiving and processing customer orders
End-to-end coordination of air freight shipments (pickup, delivery, and monitoring)
Continuous tracking and updating of shipment statuses
Communicating directly with clients to clarify shipment-related questions
Handling customer requests quickly, efficiently, and accurately
Keeping the Customer Service team informed about delivery timelines and any deviations
Maintaining smooth cooperation with subcontractors and partners
Have a secondary or higher education degree
Have at least 2-3 years of experience in air freight forwarding
Use English AND Russian confidently in both spoken and written communication
Are confident in using MS Office tools
Have a customer-focused mindset and strong problem-solving skills
Work accurately, precisely, and maintain high quality standards
Are committed to your profession
