This role combines operational and leadership responsibilities: beyond coordinating daily activities, you will be responsible for a team, including handling escalations and continuously improving operational performance.
Managing the daily operations of air freight forwarding
Monitoring shipments end-to-end and intervening when needed
Handling critical, time-sensitive cases and escalations
Maintaining contact with key clients and partners
Cooperating with internal stakeholders (e.g. Sales, Customer Service)
Supporting, onboarding and developing team members
Tracking KPIs, preparing reports and contributing to process improvements
Have several years of experience in air freight forwarding
Have leadership, supervisory or coordination experience
Communicate confidently in English and Russian (both written and spoken)
Are comfortable using MS Office tools
Make independent decisions in operational situations
Work in a structured way and can prioritize effectively
Have a decisive yet cooperative leadership style
