Elvárások / Requirements

Education: College or University degree (preferably in Economics or Finance with a major in accounting or equivalent qualification).

Experience: Minimum of 1+ years of experience in accounting (primarily AP).

Core Competencies: A solid, very good understanding of AP processes and a Continuous Improvement & Quality mindset are essential for this role.

Languages: Strong English and active French language skills are mandatory (ideally Hungarian skills as well).

Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong customer orientation, and a proven team-player attitude.

Mobility: Ability/willingness to travel (2 to 6 weeks periods for knowledge transfer, when circumstances allow).
Advantages:

- Knowledge of Navision is an advantage.

- active involvement in master data management, document receipt, invoice verification & processing, outgoing payment processing, reclaims & corrections, as well as AP closing and periodical activities
- adhere to agreed service levels, policies, and procedures
- determine, evaluate, and resolve upcoming issues
- identify and work on process improvement initiatives
- engage in collaboration with the business and key stakeholders to develop strong professional relationships
- act as the ambassador of our organization towards our suppliers
- provide qualitative customer service and ensure that all process manuals/relevant work instructions are created and updated on a regular basis
- coach and train junior team members
