You hold a Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification.

Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, and integrations.

Experience with other programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, .NET) and application development frameworks.

Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, version control systems, and agile methodologies.

Strong problem-solving skills, business analysis capabilities (requirements gathering), and the ability to work cross-functionally.

Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Good to have: Advanced Salesforce certifications or a Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science.
