Our well-established multinational partner, who is a global leader on its field worldwide, is looking to expand its AP team.
The job:
- Ensure AP operations run smoothly during migration and BAU, meeting policy/regulatory requirements.
- Drive standardisation, best practices, and continuous improvement/efficiency projects.
- Lead and develop the team: staffing, onboarding, training, coaching, 1:1s, performance and talent reviews; ensure backup coverage.
- Manage stakeholder relationships: handle escalations, run surveys, analyse feedback, and close improvement gaps.
- Own delivery: plan workload, hit KPIs/targets, maintain quality and audit compliance; support internal/external audits.
- Own/lead a strategic project and promote proactive, solution-oriented ways of working aligned to AP vision/mission.
You will be a great fit if you have:
- 5+ years of relevant finance experience, including at least 3 years in an international SSC environment
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to prioritise and deliver under tight deadlines
- Analytical, customer-focused mindset with excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and strong MS Office skills; confident in working with data and producing reports
- Fluent English knowledge
- Experience in Accounts Payable is an advantage.
