Main duties and responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and implement territory strategies
- Manage, coach, and motivate a team of medical sales representatives
- Oversee customer targeting, sales forecasting, and data analysis
- Coordinate sales activities with marketing and cross-functional teams
- Manage budgets and ensure compliance with company guidelines
- Lead recruitment, training, and development of new team members
- Conduct regular team meetings and foster a strong, collaborative culture
Required competencies
- University degree (preferably in business, medical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare field)
- Relevant RX sales leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales
- Specific knowledge or experience in diabetology, endocrinology, or related therapeutic areas is a strong advantage
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Data-driven decision-making capability
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals
- Strategic thinking and business planning skills
- B category driving license
