On behalf of our international partner, we are looking for a Backend Software Engineer with strong Go and Kubernetes expertise to join their Budapest-based engineering team.
You will play a key role in building a cloud-native AI and data analytics platform, working on the core backend systems that power distributed workload execution and resource management at scale.
Backend Software Engineer (Go, Kubernetes)
Feladataim
- Design and develop backend services in Go
- Build and enhance a Kubernetes-based workload execution platform
- Work on distributed systems supporting AI and ML workloads
- Contribute to platform components such as resource management, isolation, and orchestration
- Collaborate closely with a highly experienced, internationally distributed engineering team
- Take ownership of services from design through deployment
Az Ön képzettségi szintje
- Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong development experience in Go (Golang)
- Solid hands-on experience with Kubernetes
- Understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native architecture
- Experience building reliable, scalable, and maintainable backend services
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset
- Confident English communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience with Kubernetes Operators, CRDs, or controller development
- Familiarity with Java and Spring Boot
- Experience with messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
- Knowledge of Docker, Helm, CI/CD pipelines
- Exposure to machine learning workloads or data platforms
- Familiarity with the CNCF ecosystem
