We are looking for a BRAND MANAGER for our multinational partner, who is one of the market leaders within the FCMG sector (confectionery).
3 years of experience in FMCG Brand Management, ideally: food FMCG experience
Fluency in English and Hungarian proficiency
Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or Marketing
Understanding of different markets
Excellent PC command (Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with SAP Architecture is a plus
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects within scheduled timelines
High flexibility and result orientation
Strong communication and presentation skills
Developed analytical skills
Excellent team working skills
Definition of brand targets, sales mix, net sales, gross margin, marketing contribution, volumes and sales value budget
Participation in key strategic plans of defining volumes, P&L, activity plan
Management of advertising, research and market analysis costs
Giving direction on positioning in comparison with competitors’ actions
Verification of former price lists, evaluation of the appropriate product mix
Driving innovation through new product and strategy development
Developing the advertising strategy
Management of creative agencies
Monitoring the outputs related to the brand plans and participation in the definition of the promotion strategy
Supervising material development activities
Conventional and digital media mix planning and follow-up
Analysing results and data of tests, calculating KPIs and proposing actions
Participating in proposal, implementation and follow-up of strategic and operational improvement projects
