Your new role
manage a portfolio of French speaking clients to ensure bills are paid on time and to encourage them to pay outstanding debts,
carry out your work in line with standard operating procedures, internal credit management policy, risk and compliance processes and company code of conduct
proactively identify risks that could result in late payment and collaborate with colleagues across the business,
maintain complete, clear and accurate records and ensure that all reporting is completed by agreed deadlines.
What you'll need to succeed
confident language knowledge in English and French is a must,
experience in a similar or administrative role is a huge advantage,
ability to meet the customers’ needs in line with the business requirements,
working with a cooperative and positive attitude in a group setting to achieve common goals,
communicating effectively and efficiently while adapting to your audience and getting the message through as intended.
