Elvárások / Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in senior executive or CEO roles.
• Proven experience in the bus industry, preferably in bus manufacturing, distribution, or fleet management.
• Strong international business acumen, with hands-on experience in European markets.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in engineering, economics, law, or finance.
• Fluency in both English and Hungarian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and change management capabilities.
• Innovative mindset with a solid understanding of e-mobility trends and technologies.
• Strong financial and commercial insight; experience in budget control and business scaling.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Europe.

• Define and implement the company’s strategic direction and long-term vision.
• Lead all business operations, including sales, after-sales, production orders, and outsourced services.
• Act as the public face of the company, managing external stakeholder relations and media presence.
• Develop and maintain C-level relationships with key clients across Europe.

• Oversee budgeting and ensure the company meets its goal of achieving operating profitability by 2026.
• Coordinate with global manufacturing and service partners, and ensure the timely acquisition of necessary vehicle certifications.
• Identify financing partners and lead local lobbying efforts.
