Elvárások / Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in direct purchasing, preferably in a manufacturing environment

• Solid understanding of procurement processes and supplier management

• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken, for daily communication and negotiation

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset

• Willingness to travel occasionally for supplier visits and audits

• Automotive industry experience is an advantage

Amit kínálunk / Offer

• Sourcing suppliers for new products: scouting, visiting, selecting, negotiating, and issuing RFQs with all necessary documentation (drawings, specifications, timelines)

• Negotiating prices and supporting the nomination of suppliers for new business

• Periodic re-negotiation of prices for serial production parts to meet annual cost reduction targets

• Ensuring timely release of purchase orders and accurate price updates in the system

• Handling supplier contracts, including sending and collecting countersigned copies

• Preparing the annual purchasing budget within the scope of responsibility

• Cooperating with the Automotive Procurement Director on cost optimization activities

• Conducting regular supplier visits to evaluate performance

• Preparing written reports periodically

• Participating in new product development meetings to understand needs and offer procurement solutions
