Our client Baker Hughes Hungary Kft. looks for a new colleague as Inside Sales Specialist at least 6 months

Role Summary
The Inside Sales (Lead Development) team member is a relationship building role that implements sales strategies to build an effective pipeline of inquiries through to opportunities. Your data and organizational capabilities will ensure that there is a clear feedback loop on marketing effectiveness to build sales pipeline by building data in our CRM to show real-time impact of inquiries. Because you have a customer-first mindset, you will help to create a library of resources based on common inquiries, which will inform our digital marketing team of more effective ways to disseminate information to the public. Your primary role is the qualification and routing of inquries. The role also provides critical support to both sales and marketing at Baker Hughes and will impact the commercial strategy for the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Owning and managing the inquiries coming from websites, and other marketing campaigns
- Building and maintaining excellent relationship with customers by gathering and providing answers to questions and sharing information about the company’s products and services
- Providing sales support activities, gathering market data and insights, generating and handling customer interests and detecting demand
- Provide well-qualified leads to sales teams
- Detecting new purchasing prospects over the phone with new and existing customers
- Registering all relevant information captured during customer interactions in the company’s CRM tools (SFDC etc.)
- Build and maintain operating rhythms to ensure that qualified opportunities handed to sales are progressed through the sales process
- Achieving or exceeding monthly/quarterly quotas, also by following up on the already generated leads or opportunities on a regular basis
- Providing excellent customer service, customer-focused approach
- Expertly articulating the value of Baker Hughes and overcome objections
Qualifications / Requirements
- Effective and professional verbal and written communication
- Advanced level of the supported language(s) and fluent English
- Bachelors Degree or relevant experience
- Strong marketing, commercial and negotiation skills
- Proficient IT skills including MS Office and Outlook (SFDC a plus)
