International Payroll Specialist position opened at our multinational client's Budapest office. They build enterprise cloud technology that powers the biggest names in the pharmaceutical, consumer goods, chemical & cosmetics industries. Their technology has transformed these industries; enabling them to get critical products and services to market faster.
Your new role
- Assist in managing Payrolls activities in Hungary, Germany and France.
- Managing all payroll information to ensure timely and accurate monthly pay.
- Support month end payroll activities - Payroll-, vacation accruals and variance analysis.
- Assist with all payroll related compliance, audit & SOX queries.
- Maintain payroll records, reports and governance.
- Manage all employee payroll queries professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain payments, deductions and benefit information within legislative guidelines.
- Other ad-hoc duties required from time to time.
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum of 2 - 3 years of payroll experience preferably within EMEA (with particular focus on Hungary)
- Confident English knowledge in oral and written.
- Can do personality with the ability to hit the ground running, thrive in a high-growth, dynamic environment.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Excel skills and computer literacy required.
