Office Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a new employee for the position of Office Administrative Assistant in the Budapest office of our partner, active in the field of medicine with an American background. Main responsibilities in your new role as an Office Administrative Assistant:
- Supporting colleagues with ongoing projects, compliance processes and other administrative tasks,
- Direct support of the general manager - financial administration, management and administration of invoices, travel diaries,
- Office coordination tasks, such as ordering office and kitchen supplies and managing access cards, liaising with service providers,
- Managing the car fleet, servicing, fuel cards and the annual medical check-up for employees,
- Registration of contracts,
- Active participation in the organization of internal and external events, conferences.
Our ideal candidate owns:
- University or college degree,
- Experience in pharmaceutical administration,
- Confident English knowledge,
- Basic Excel skills,
- Pro-active, fast-paced personality.
