Responsibilities:
As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you would be working on:
- Supporting sales to identify qualified opportunities through product demonstration and solution-based sales. Being the technical point of contact during the sales cycle, running customised demonstrations and proof of concept configuration.
- Communicate with clients via email, phone, and video as well as perform client visits for presentations, training workshops and attending trade shows from time to time.
- Deliver top-of-funnel activities such as Webinars, Trade show presentations, partner trainings, online.
- Tracking opportunities and activities to report progress to management.
Qualification:
As a Senior Solutions Consultant, your background will look like:
- 1+ years of Sales Engineering / Solutions Consulting experience or experience in other similar customer-facing roles, such as Technical Support or Sales.
- The ability to break down complex technology and explain to a non-technical audience in English and in German or Italian or Spanish. Present & demo technical products with high energy (previous experience in Demo2Win is a plus)
- Previous knowledge of Remote Access, Remote Support or Remote Management solutions (LogMeIn, TeamViewer, Intune, VNC, RDP) is highly appreciated.
- Understanding technical customer support or Internal IT Service desk day-to-day operations and challenges
- Cloud / Networking experience or related certifications.
