In this role the jobholder will be responsible for creating and maintaining order through administrative support. The jobholder supports administrative requests related to myHR profile, contracts, archiving. The Administrative Specialist will report to the Relocation and Contracting Process Specialists and Junior Managers.
General responsibilities •Supports the administrative functioning of the Relocation and Contracting Domain •Responsible for maintaining order in the HR related documents •Ensures that all necessary personal information/documents related to training and employment are stored in their respective physical or virtual folder •Responsible for archiving and scanning of the final, signed contracts and contract modifications •Provides support in uploading manual data in myHR and eDoc systems (i.e.: bank account details, passport details, contracts etc.) •Responsible for checking employee contract statuses on a daily basis and gets in contact with employees in case of need (i.e.: missing, wrong data provided) •Provides help in ad hoc tasks delegated by the process managers or Domain Leads
Requirements •Previous administrative experience is a plus •Excellent English knowledge and other foreign language will be a valuable advantage •User level computer skills, especially Office applications •Ability to work in a transparent and organized way •Attention to details and tolerance for monotony •Empathy and customer-focused attitude •Good communication skills
