As Recruitment trainee , you will be in charge of: •Helping the day to day work of the Hungarian Recruitment team •Updating the candidates' statuses in the Taleo system •Keeping the contact with candidates: pre-screening candidates, testing their language skills (if needed), organizing interviews. •Sourcing candidates for Hungary or for other locations of BT (Spain, France, Benelux) occasionally
We'll also need to see these on your CV: Soft skills: •Working with a cooperative and positive attitude in a group settings to achieve common goals •Acting in advance of a future situation, e.g. making things happen, putting energy to solve the situation •Good communication skills
Professional skills: •Experience in a customer-facing role, OR any work experience at a multinational company •Any experience in Recruitment or HR area is an advantage •Familiarity with MS Outlook, Excel and Word Language skills:
•English and Hungarian on a fluent level •Also, French or German or Italian or Spanish on a conversational level is an advantage
