You will ensure that reporting activities align with organizational goals and support data‑driven decision‑making. In this role, you will work closely with data owners to maintain data accuracy, define meaningful KPIs, and ensure reporting completeness. You will also monitor deviations, follow up with responsible parties, and track the effectiveness of corrective actions to support continuous improvement. Your work will ensure compliance and enable a practical interpretation of evolving requirements in the dynamic Space Industry.

Collaborate with data owners across departments to establish accurate and complete datasets

Support the definition, documentation and maintenance of metrics and KPIs across all business domains

Collect, clean, structure and prepare datasets for analysis and reporting

Support data-driven reporting by writing basic SQL queries, maintaining reporting tables/views, and ensuring data accuracy in cooperation with the domain areas

Develop, maintain and automate dashboards and reports

Define reporting views, drill‑down structures, visualization logic, and dashboard navigation

Automate recurrent reporting activities to reduce manual work and increase accuracy

Analyse trends, deviations, and performance patterns across the organization

Identify inconsistencies, data gaps or quality issues and work with responsible teams to resolve them

Proactively propose improvements to reporting workflows, automation opportunities, and data structures
Elvárások
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Economics or a related field
- Proven experience in business reporting, data analysis or BI visualization roles
- Expertise in Power BI, including DAX, data modelling and dashboard design
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, macros, charts)
- Solid SQL proficiency and practical experience with relational database environments (including data modelling concepts, query optimization and working with complex, structured datasets)
- Familiarity with KPI frameworks, process performance measurement or quality systems
- Ability to learn domain‑specific KPIs quickly
- Experience working with cross‑functional teams and data owners
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to details
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Proactive mindset with a process-improvement attitude
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in parallel
- Professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken)

- Knowledge of Jira/Polarion/Eclipse suite tools
- Knowledge of SQL, Python or other relevant data tools
- Knowledge of AS 9100 / ISO 9001 Standards
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, space/aerospace or other technology-driven environments
- Good understanding of engineering and development processes (SW/HW)
- Background in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
- Knowledge of ECSS space standards ((European Cooperation for Space Standardization (ecss.nl)), NASA TS Space Standards (NASA Technical Standards System (NTSS))
