As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Business Development Manager who will play a key role in expanding our market presence, building strategic relationships, and driving new business opportunities.
We are seeking a motivated and commercially driven Business Development Manager to lead our sales and partnership activities across the Hungarian and European markets.
This is a highly autonomous role offering the opportunity to shape and develop our business development function. You will be responsible for managing existing client relationships while actively identifying and developing new business opportunities. Working closely with our Technical Director, Division Leader, and Marketing team, you will help position Ukatemi as a trusted cybersecurity partner for organizations across multiple industries.

- Manage and develop relationships with existing clients and partners
- Identify and acquire new customers and business opportunities in Hungary and across Europe
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship-building activities
- Represent Ukatemi at industry events, conferences, and professional networking opportunities
- Collaborate closely with technical and business stakeholders to understand client needs and propose suitable solutions
- Prepare and deliver commercial proposals, presentations, and negotiations
- Work alongside the Marketing team to support lead generation and market visibility initiatives
- Contribute to sales strategy development and market expansion plans
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging cybersecurity opportunities
Elvárások
- Bachelor's degree or higher education qualification
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or related commercial roles
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Professional working proficiency in both Hungarian and English
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of business development activities
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, conferences, and industry events
