The Business Support Manager role within the Budapest Centre of Excellence plays a key role in leading international operations, executing business strategy, and ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction. The position focuses on driving performance, improving operational efficiency, and strengthening stakeholder relationships across global teams.
The purpose of the role is to align strategic and operational objectives, lead high-performing teams, and contribute to service excellence, cost efficiency, and overall business success.
Business Support Manager (German Speaking)
Feladataim
- Drive the execution of business strategy and translate priorities into measurable outcomes
- Initiate and lead efficiency improvement and cost optimization initiatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners
- Ensure SLA, KPI, and service quality targets are met
- Actively participate in management meetings and strategic discussions
- Develop strong stakeholder relationships and position the team as a trusted business partner
- Support cross-functional collaboration and scalable operations
- Own end-to-end service quality and customer satisfaction within the area of responsibility
- Handle escalations and ensure timely and effective resolution
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes
- Lead, motivate, and develop teams, fostering a high-performance culture
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee development
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and QHSE standards
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
Az Ön képzettségi szintje
- Minimum 3 years of management experience in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Fluent German and English language skills
- Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset
- Proven experience in performance management and reporting
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong communication skills across all levels
- Experience in stakeholder management and escalation handling
- Ability to remain resilient and self-motivated under pressure
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Willingness to travel internationally
