Then this opportunity is for you.As a Change Manager, you will play a key role within the Customer Value Stream (CVS), driving the successful implementation and long-term adoption of business and technology changes.

Feladatok

Lead end-to-end change management initiatives across projects and programs;
Drive adoption and effective usage of new tools, systems, and ways of working;
Redesign business processes, roles, and operating models to support transformation;
Partner closely with business leaders and cross-functional, international teams;
Prepare, guide, and support stakeholders throughout the change journey;
Identify, analyze, and manage resistance, developing effective engagement strategies;
Design and deliver targeted communication and stakeholder engagement plans;
Develop and coordinate training programs and capability-building initiatives;
Build and support networks (e.g. champions, super users) to ensure ongoing adoption;
Track adoption and usage metrics, and measure the effectiveness of change initiatives;
Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders and senior management;
Apply a data-driven approach to decision-making and performance tracking;
Ensure changes are fully embedded and sustained to maximize long-term business value.

Elvárások

Have 7+ years of experience in change management or transformation projects;
Have worked in a multinational, corporate environment;
Are confident managing stakeholders, including senior leadership;
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Have a strong analytical and business mindset;
Are confident using tools like Excel and PowerPoint,
Have experience with data/CRM tools such as Power BI, SAP, or Salesforce (nice to have).
