Our partner is a dynamically growing e-mobility company entering a new phase of international expansion. The company operates in the electric mobility sector with a strong focus on tender-led markets and public-sector driven projects across Europe. With ambitious growth plans, the organization is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to shape its long-term strategy and strengthen its international presence.
The Chief Executive Officer will be responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the company, with a strong emphasis on international business development, relationship building, and market expansion. This role requires a hands-on leader with deep knowledge of the electric mobility sector, extensive experience in public procurement environments, and a well-established European network across public authorities and strategic partners.
Elvárások / Requirements
- Proven experience in a CEO or senior executive role within the e-mobility or related infrastructure sectors (vehicle trade/manufacturing, etc.)
- Strong track record in business development and relationship building at an international level
- Hands-on experience working in tender-driven and public procurement environments
- Deep understanding of European markets and regulatory frameworks
- Extensive network of contacts across Europe, particularly within public authorities and mobility stakeholders
- Strategic mindset combined with operational leadership capabilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English is required; additional European languages are an advantage
- Willingness to travel frequently across Europe
