We are hiring for our partner who is building a new, fast-growing hub and are looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to shape processes, drive standardization, and contribute to a dynamic and evolving environment.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement a scalable Continuous Improvement framework across shared services, outsourcing partners, and retained operations.
- Build and lead the Continuous Improvement capability within the Shared Service Center, including training, governance, and capability development.
- Manage the end-to-end improvement pipeline, from idea generation and prioritization through execution and benefit realization.
- Establish and oversee a structured innovation, automation, and AI portfolio, ensuring measurable business value and adoption.
- Deliver performance reporting and benefits tracking to leadership, including productivity gains, pipeline value, and realized outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement engagement across outsourcing partners, embedding structured ideation and opportunity identification mechanisms.
- Establish independent process performance measurement and governance beyond SLA monitoring to improve operational accountability.
- Lead process standardization and harmonization initiatives across multiple providers, functions, and geographies.
- Own process mining and data-driven improvement capabilities, leveraging operational insights to identify optimization opportunities.
- Monitor process health and performance metrics to uncover improvement areas and support operational excellence.
- Translate operational and process insights into clear business value narratives for stakeholders and business leaders.
- Influence and align cross-functional stakeholders, service delivery teams, and external partners to drive transformation without direct authority.
Requirements
- Extensive experience leading operational excellence and process transformation initiatives in complex service delivery environments.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing improvement frameworks, governance models, and large-scale change programs.
- Strong expertise in continuous improvement methodologies, process optimization, and data-driven decision making.
- Hands-on experience with digital transformation, automation technologies, analytics tools, and emerging AI solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional alignment and deliver measurable business outcomes in matrix organizations.
