We are hiring for our partner who is building a new, fast-growing hub and are looking for a Continuous Improvement Senior Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to shape processes, drive standardization, and contribute to a dynamic and evolving environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and track the continuous improvement pipeline from idea generation through feasibility assessment and prioritization.
- Facilitate process improvement initiatives by leading process mapping, value stream mapping (VSM), and design workshops.
- Deliver Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement training to strengthen team capabilities and foster a CI culture.
- Collect, validate, and consolidate operational and financial benefits data for performance reporting.
- Drive ideation campaigns and awareness sessions to maintain a strong pipeline of improvement opportunities.
- Support process compliance reviews and audits to ensure adherence to standardized operating procedures.
- Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
- Leverage process mining tools to perform root-cause analysis and develop data-driven insights and dashboards.
- Translate business improvement ideas into structured requirements for automation and AI-enabled solutions.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to improve process health, optimize workflows, and deliver sustainable business outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Analytics, Finance, Operations Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in process improvement, continuous improvement
- Proficiency in data visualization and process mapping tools such as Power BI, Tableau
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with a passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, evolving environment and contributing to the development of new frameworks, processes, and capabilities.
