Our client is a global financial services organisation supporting institutional investors with comprehensive asset management and advisory solutions. Join them as a Client Invoicing Lifecycle Analyst!

How your team looks like
The Invoicing team is responsible for the full lifecycle of management and performance fee billing for institutional accounts—from onboarding and data maintenance to invoice generation, distribution, and debt management. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate billing processes, supporting complex fee arrangements, and contributing to continuous operational improvements.

What your tasks will be
  • Client billing setup — Maintain, update, and deactivate client billing data with precision to ensure correct revenue recognition and timely invoice production.
  • Billing process coordination — Support the creation of workflows for non‑standard fee structures by collaborating closely with contracting and invoicing teams.
  • Subject matter expertise — Lead discussions on fee onboarding, propose solutions, and help drive operational excellence and improved client experience.
  • Client inquiry handling — Provide prompt, high‑quality responses to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Task and priority management — Manage your workload transparently, proactively, and with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Workflow monitoring — Track dashboards and processes to ensure timely delivery of team outputs.
  • Issue resolution — Investigate system exceptions, identify root causes, and recommend strategic, long‑term solutions.
  • Risk identification — Escalate potential issues and propose remediation steps.
  • Project support — Contribute to system upgrades, process enhancements, and workflow optimization initiatives.
  • Continuous improvement — Evaluate processes, controls, and tools, offering ideas to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
  • Team support — Assist with reporting, compliance, audits, and other team‑wide responsibilities.

What you will need to succeed
  • 1–3 years of experience in financial services, preferably in client service or operational roles.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, solve problems, and think creatively.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently under tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Risk‑aware mindset with the ability to recognize and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, plus intermediate to advanced skills in SQL and Excel;
  • Collaborative attitude and willingness to contribute beyond core responsibilities.
