Feladatok

• Lead, mentor, and support the client management team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
  
• Set clear individual goals for team members, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback and coaching.
  
• Ensure client issues are addressed effectively and promptly, encouraging ownership of problem resolution across the team.
  
• Serve as a senior point of contact for key clients while ensuring team members retain primary responsibility for their portfolios.
  
• Oversee onboarding processes, service delivery, and adherence to service standards.
  
• Maintain consistent execution of client service methodologies across the team, ensuring uniform quality standards.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders.
  
• Support collaboration with internal teams (e.g., product, operations, revenue, partnerships) to deliver seamless client outcomes.
  
• Identify opportunities for expanding client relationships and services.
  
• Prepare regular reports on client satisfaction, retention, team performance, and service quality.
  
• Use data-driven insights to improve processes, client outcomes, and team effectiveness.
  

Elvárások

• 5+ years in client management or account management roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
  
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
  
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM tools and reporting.
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
