A Client Service Analyst position has opened at our prestigious, globally recognised multinational partner. In this role, you will not only support the background processes of clients’ investments but also take part in active client‑facing responsibilities, working closely with both clients and internal partners to ensure outstanding service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main contact for assigned platforms, managing day-to-day engagement, issue resolution, and alignment with internal stakeholders.
- Deliver a consistent, reliable client service experience in a structured and controlled environment
- Perform data clean-up, reconciliation, and operational data tasks, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Work with large and complex data sets to identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities
- Support cross-functional initiatives and remediation projects with clear ownership and disciplined execution
- Leverage systems, automation, and data tools to improve processes and scalability
- Embed strong risk awareness, ensure robust controls, and escalate issues when required
What you need to succeed:
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in roles demonstrating a strong client-focused approach.
- A genuine interest in financial services and investments.
- Strong Excel skills are essential, including merging, cleaning, and managing Excel files.
- Experience using SharePoint, OneNote and Microsoft Dynamics.
- High technical aptitude and confidence working with data and systems.
- Comfortable working in structured, process‑driven environments.
- A collaborative, team‑oriented mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
