Collection Analyst - French speaking
Feladatok:
- Manage and Resolve Long-Term Disputes in the EMEA Region
- Hit debt and collection goals using advanced tools.
- Build strong relationships with key customers in different countries.
- Ensure daily processes run smoothly with automated systems (reminders, statements, invoices).
- Keep accounts accurate by clearing old balances and meeting targets.
- Identify and categorize aged debt clearly, and quickly find the right person to resolve disputes
Feltétel
Elvárások:
- Full-time student status (active or passive)
- Fluent spoken and written English and French essential
- Commit min. 20 hours / week during office hours (between 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM)
- Good communication, presentation, training, process management and change management skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel functions
- Experience of Oracle and SAP platforms preferred
