On behalf of a well-established pharmaceutical company, we are looking for a Deputy Country Manager to drive sales, marketing, and business development activities in Hungary. Working in close partnership with the Country Manager, this role plays a pivotal part in shaping commercial strategy, identifying growth opportunities, and leading high-impact execution across the organization.

Feladatok
- Act as a strategic partner to the Country Manager in defining and implementing sales and marketing strategies
- Drive business development initiatives by identifying new market niches, products, and therapeutic areas
- Develop and prioritize growth initiatives and translate them into an effective commercial action plan
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales organization to ensure strong performance and execution
- Oversee marketing budget planning and utilization with a focus on return on investment
- Ensure full compliance with legal, ethical, and industry regulations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, authorities, and industry stakeholders
Elvárások
- Master’s degree in a relevant business-related field
- Experience as a Business Unit Manager within the pharmaceutical industry
- Relevant experience in business development
- Native-level Hungarian and fluent English
- Strong understanding of the Hungarian pharmaceutical market
- Proven business acumen with a proactive, results-driven mindset
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to challenge existing approaches and inspire teams
- Excellent communication skills and professional credibility with internal and external stakeholders
- Very good command of MS Office applications
