Feladatok

• Collecting inputs from Engineering and other internal teams to maintain product configurations and ensure traceability of changes, development progress, and product lifecycle status
  
• Ensuring that all changes to configurations are properly documented and approved
  
• Monitoring configuration changes and ensuring compliance with organizational standards and policies
  
• Collaborating with internal teams, such as R&D, operations, and security, to coordinate and implement configuration changes
  
• Participating in developing and implementing Configuration Management (CM) processes and procedures
  
• Establishing and maintaining a Configuration Management database to track all configuration items
  
• Conducting internal audits and reviews of configurations to identify potential issues or areas for improvement
  
• Execute the necessary reporting activities regular basis
  

Elvárások

• BSc degree preferably in Engineering, Quality Assurance, etc. with strong quality mindset
  
• 5+ years of experience in:
  
  1. managing product lifecycle quality documentation, or
     
  2. change management documentation, or
     
  3. configuration management / requirements / feature management, or
     
  4. product / quality assurance
     
• Deep understanding of product lifecycle, how product development, R&D works
  
• Relevant background in R&D environment within Automotive, MedTech, Aerospace industry
  
• Good interpersonal and good communication skills towards internal stakeholders to ensure QA processes are followed
  
• Creative problem solving and investigation skills to identify complex problems and generate solutions
  
• Structured and analytical way of working
  
• English (B2), as you will need it to interpret standards and specifications

• Experience in technology sectors, work experience in space, defense, aerospace industry is a big advantage
  
• Knowledge project management methodologies (Waterfall, agile, lean, etc.) and the ability to apply turn these into practice independently
  
• Quality related knowledge and qualifications
  
• Knowledge of ECSS based development, relevant experience in space industry processes
  
• Knowledge of other applicable standards (NASA, MIL, etc.)
