Confirmations Analyst Intern - Budapest állás

• Check and confirm the accuracy of third-party and/or broker trade confirmations in a timely manner.

• Respond to or escalate compliance, commercial, or regulatory issues when necessary.

• Support cross-functional projects related to trade confirmations.

• Understand and follow internal controls, while identifying and reporting any control deficiencies, potential risks, or fraud concerns.

• Collaborate with colleagues across different teams to ensure smooth and accurate operations.

• Active Hungarian student status with at least 6 months remaining from your onboarding date.

• Availability to work at least 20 hours per week based on an agreed schedule.

• English language proficiency at B2 level or above.

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (any field) and have successfully completed your first year of university.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

• Structured and detail-oriented approach to work.

• Ability to manage complex situations while balancing customer and business needs.

• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Competitive hourly wage: HUF 2,145/hour
