As our Consolidation Manager, you will be the guardian of our group-wide financial health. Your mission is to oversee the consolidation and accounting processes that ensure our global financial reporting is accurate, timely, and fully compliant with IFRS standards.
You have 5–8 years of relevant experience, with a heavy focus on group consolidation and multi-currency international accounting.
You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting/Finance and ideally a professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or CA).
You have a deep understanding of IFRS/GAAP and consolidation principles. Experience with ERP systems and specialized consolidation tools is essential.
You have a Big 4 background (plus) and can handle the complexities of transfer pricing and tax implications in a multinational structure.
Group Consolidation & Financial Reporting
Consolidation Leadership: Lead the preparation of group consolidated financial statements for both internal stakeholders and external reporting.
Data Validation: Coordinate with international subsidiaries to collect and validate financial data, ensuring a seamless flow of information.
Technical Execution: Perform intercompany eliminations, foreign currency translations, and other complex consolidation entries.
Strategic Adjustments: Address accounting challenges arising from mergers, acquisitions (M&A), or structural changes within the group.
Audit Management: Act as a key liaison with external auditors during the group audit process.
Accounting & Financial Oversight
Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations across the accounting department (GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, payroll).
Closing Excellence: Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
Standard Compliance: Prepare and review financial statements in strict accordance with IFRS, ensuring all statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements are met.
Process Innovation & Collaboration
Systems Evolution: Drive automation within the consolidation function and ensure our accounting systems scale with our rapid business growth.
Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with FP&A, Treasury, and Tax teams on global initiatives and support the CFO with strategic financial analysis.
