Now they are looking for an experienced Contract Management Specialist to join their newly set up SSC in Budapest.

Feladatok

• Managing the entire contract portfolio
• Yearly indexing process for the contracts
• Following up on overdue contract levels, managing contracts in SAP
• Invoice creaton, initiating the invoice run
• Preparing operational service reports
• Harmonising maintenance contracts for the region

Elvárások

• Deep understanding of contract management, relevant work experience in the field
• Fluency in English; knowledge of an Eastern European language is an advantage
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with SAP is an advantage
• Willingness to travel
