Feladatok:
- Assist in monitoring and managing bad debt customers submitted for TCI and third-party collection
- Perform provision calculations and reporting for the designated market
- Track and allocate incoming payments from insurance companies and third-party collection agencies
- Follow up on active insurance cases, ensuring timely updates and resolutions
- Prepare and maintain ERP and other credit control reports, focusing on TCI and bad debts
- Monitor and verify modified master data to ensure accuracy
- Address and resolve queries related to TCI and third-party collections
Elvárások:
- Ongoing studies and active or passive student status for at least 6 more months from on-boarding
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Economics or related field – already completed your first year at university
- Advanced English language knowledge
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications is necessary (especially Excel)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Eager to learn new things, to understand the end-to-end process and come up with ideas how to manage the processes better
- Able to deal with complex situations while maintaining the right balance of customer and business focus
