Our team is currently working on several high-profile projects, including the animated film series based on the world-famous card game Magic: The Gathering for Netflix.
Location: Full-time | Remote freelance within ±2 hours of Budapest (CET)
Reports to: Head of Animation
Candidates should be comfortable with owning a character performance across a sequence and utilizing a variety of techniques to push and develop both the character and animation style while ensuring performances remain grounded, believable, and true to character.
Please note that DIGIC can only work with freelancers who are registered as sole proprietors/entrepreneurs or as self-employed professionals.

Crowd TD
Responsibilities

Preparing and creating crowd content of the shots in Golaem software - based on the directions provided by the professional leader
-
Creating background elements according to the requests of the Movie Director and the Client
-
Troubleshooting of crowd simulation sequences
-
Close co-operation with the other teams involved in the production
-
Providing research and development services related to crowd animation
-
Creating related documentations
Essential Skills
-
At least 2 or 5 years of experience in crowd simulation
-
High proficiency in Golaem or similar softwares suitable for crowd simulation
- Maya, Animation, Python Programming/scripting and Arnold experience or generalist experience,
-
Can-do, pro-active, problem-solver attitude, a logical way of thinking

Ability to see the big picture

Good communication skills in English

Ability to complete tasks independently

Desirable Skills

You have experience in:

Houdini software

You have a university degree

It's a bonus if you have experience in any other crowd software in general like Houdini, Atoms, Massive, etc.
