Our partner specializes in the manufacturing of industrial technologies and components, primarily serving automotive suppliers. They are currently looking for a Customer
Logistics Coordinator to join their team at their office in Gyöngyös.
This
role is responsible for managing customer relationships and ensuring the smooth
end-to-end coordination of order fulfillment, logistics, and operational
processes, from customer demand tracking through shipment execution and
reporting.
As a Customer Logistics Coordinator, you will:
Coordinate end-to-end order management processes.
Act as the key liaison between customers, production and logistics partners.
Coordinate transportation and shipment activities to ensure on-time deliveries.
Prepare and maintain order related and shipping documents, delivery notes, and logistics records.
Monitoring customer forecasts and inventory levels.
Issuing customer invoices in the ERP system.
What you bring:
3+ years of experience in logistics or an administrative field, preferably within manufacturing environment.
Strong English communication skills.
Excellent stakeholder management.
Outstanding organizational, multitasking and problem-solving skills.
