This
role is responsible for managing customer relationships and ensuring the smooth
end-to-end coordination of order fulfillment, logistics, and operational
processes, from customer demand tracking through shipment execution and
reporting.
As a Customer Logistics Coordinator, you will:
- Coordinate end-to-end order management processes.
- Act as the key liaison between customers, production and logistics partners.
- Coordinate transportation and shipment activities to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Prepare and maintain order related and shipping documents, delivery notes, and logistics records.
- Monitoring customer forecasts and inventory levels.
- Issuing customer invoices in the ERP system.
What you bring:
- 3+ years of experience in logistics or an administrative field, preferably within manufacturing environment.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management.
- Outstanding organizational, multitasking and problem-solving skills.
