Our partner is a worldwide known multinational company operating in health care and agriculture. They are looking for new, motivated team member in their growing team.
Responsibilities:
Deliver operational excellence by executing the Order to Bill process in SAP by ensuring customer satisfaction
Executes customer requests relayed by Customer Interactions, engaging other internal functions as needed to resolve the request
Provides transactional support with Account Reconciliation liaising with Customer Interactions Regional teams
Identifies areas for automation and leverages RPA (Robotic Process Automation) for standard and repetitive transactional activities
Collaborates with key stakeholders in order that Customer Operations department is contributing to elevate customer experience
Responsible for logging all interactions in CRM tool, ensuring that appropriate ownership and escalation processes are followed according to established lead times and agreed SLAs
Clearly communicates acknowledgement of all operational requests, sets expectations of request completion to stakeholders, and follows-up with status updates via the CRM tool
Coordinates cross-functional effort related to Order Management process to solve complex requests and deliver solutions to accounts
Requirements:
Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or Finance
2 years of experience in Supply Chain and/or Customer Service
Proficiency in English language (oral and written)
Sound knowledge of MS Office, SAP and Salesforce
Good communication skills
Discipline in operational excellence and strong problem-solving skills
Fast learner and critical thinking
Ability to prioritize, manage multiple deadlines and complexity with high focus and result orientation
