Support customer service processes and daily administrative tasks
Handle customer-related documentation and data management
Assist the team in maintaining accurate records and ensuring smooth operations
Communicate with internal stakeholders and support ongoing projects
Active student status
Fluency in English
Strong understanding of Customers’ needs / behaviors
Excellent written communication skills and ability to build effective working relationships
Strong time management and organization skills
Confident use of Microsoft Office applications
Experience in using SAP, Excel and/or Salesforce is an advantage.
Minimum of 6 months previous experience in Customer service or a telephone environment preferred.
Gross salary: 2,145 HUF/hour
Hybrid working model: 2 days/week from the office, 3 days/week from home
