Feladatok
- Act as the primary point of contact for key customers, ensuring high-quality service and strong relationship management
- Lead, coach, and develop the Customer Service team, driving performance and accountability
- Define and monitor customer service KPIs, contributing to strategic planning and continuous improvement
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain and other departments to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction
- Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management
- Handle customer complaints and drive effective problem resolution and process improvements
- Identify and support business growth opportunities within existing and new customer accounts
Elvárások

BA/BS degree in Logistics, Commercial, Economics or Engineering.

Minimum 5-7 years of relevant work experience in similar position and/or industry.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

Exceptionally strong sales and service background.

cellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate the team.

Proficient computer skills (in Excel & PowerPoint) and preferred knowledge in ERP (QAD).

Ability to drive results without a great deal of direct supervision.

Fluent English & Hungarian language speaking & writing skills.

Proven record of business achievements in regards to OTD and rate improvement, quoting and scope expansion, contract management.
