We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative Intern to support our customer service and order fulfillment activities within the Order-to-Cash process.
Enter customer orders and order lines into SAP
Enter return orders into SAP
Create open order lists from SAP
Support Credit/Debit Note creation
Update SAP with customer-specific details in the Supply Chain module
Complete Material Master Data changes in SAP
Maintain Customer Material Info Records in SAP
Download and set up outputs in SAP (OA, DN, COA, COO)
Collect documents from SAP (Material Safety Data Sheet, LTSD, EUD)
Create stock lists from SAP
Open and manage Order Exception Process (OEP) requests
Enter quality notifications (QN) using the QN tool or SAP
Active student status (full-time/daytime student enrollment)
Availability to work 25–30 hours per week
Fluent English language skills
Proactive, positive, and solution-oriented mindset
Precise and detail-focused working style with a high level of ownership
Reliable and able to work independently based on provided guidance
Strong communication skills and active listening ability
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
German or French language knowledge
Gross hourly salary: 2,400 HUF/hour
