• Support business customers through various communication channels (email, phone, and written correspondence).

• Perform accurate data entry, maintenance, and updates in business systems.

• Assist in processing customer requests while ensuring high service quality and compliance with internal procedures.

• Contribute to achieving customer satisfaction and operational performance targets.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize processes.

• Collaborate with colleagues across different teams and functions.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and health, safety, security, and environmental (HSSE) requirements.

• Active full-time student status at a university or college is required.

• Fluent English and German (C1 level or higher), both written and spoken, are required.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
