Feladataim

• Support the customs team with basic system operations related to H1/H7 customs clearance;
• Assist with downloading, organizing and uploading manifest files, T documents and other customs-related documents;
• Check goods arrival status, document status and customs clearance progress in the system;
• Assist in checking the completeness and accuracy of customs clearance documents;
• Based on customs feedback, help the customs team pass inspection / handling requirements to the warehouse team;
• Under the guidance and review of the formal customs staff, assist with basic operations in systems such as Kompakt;
• After customs release, help update the system status to ensure the warehouse team can continue the outbound / delivery process;
• Strictly follow confidentiality requirements regarding customs data and customer information.

Az Ön képzettségi szintje

• Full-time student status
• The work involves customs-supervised goods and sensitive customs clearance data, so the student must be very careful and responsible;
• Previous customs declaration experience is not required, but strong learning ability, system operation ability and data accuracy are important;
• On-site training will be required at the beginning, and the operation scope can be gradually expanded depending on the student’s performance and familiarity with the work;
• Flexible shift availability is required, including afternoon / evening shifts and weekend support.

Amit ajánlunk

• Hourly wage: 2300 HUF
• on site for at least the first 3–4 weeks. After they become familiar with the work, weekend remote / online support can also be considered.
