- Client: a global leader in sustainable and innovative fiber-based specialty materials. They develop and manufacture advanced solutions for diverse industries, including filtration, food packaging, and healthcare.
- Contract for year 2026, project expected to continue until 2028

- Work location: Remote
- Travel requirements: Some travelling required, year 2026 mostly in Europe, Asia later

Your responsibilities as a Cutover Manager:
- Responsible for planning, coordinating all activities required to transition from legacy systems to new ERP and MES solutions. This role ensures a smooth cutover with minimal disruption to business and manufacturing operations.
- Owner of detailed comprehensive cutover and rollback plan and responsible for creating those with needed teams.
- Responsible of cutover resource management and planning.
- Stakeholder management, aligning IT, business, and plant teams on cutover activities.
- Identify risks early, implement mitigation plans, and resolve issues promptly.
- Responsible of running the hypercare phase after golive.
Your background:
- Hands-on experience from Cutover management (5+ years), in planning and leading cutover in multisystem and multi partner environment (benefit if from SAP and/or MES projects).
- Deep understanding the building blocks of cutover and the overall complexity.
- Strong knowledge of ERP platforms and MES solutions, basic understanding of integration between ERP, MES, automation systems and other 3rd party systems.
- Active working approach and problem-solving skills.
- Able for independent work when required but strong teamwork capabilities and able lead the team to successful outcome, turning the stones when needed and finding the ways to overcome obstacles during cutover.
- Ability to lead cross-functional and multicultural teams.
