Our leading IT provider partner company is building a new team for their project and they are looking for candidates for Czech-speaking Helpdesk Analyst position in Budapest with hybrid working option.
Main responsibilities:
Support the customers using your outstanding language skills
Handle the incoming phone calls, emails or requests in chat
Solve the requested IT-related issues of the customers
Contribute to maintaining and increasing the customer satisfaction level
Requirements:
High school diploma
Fluency in Czech/Slovakian and English
1 year's experience in customer service or IT support
Customer-centred mindset and excellent communication skills
