Our dynamic and growing partner company is looking for candidates for a Czech/Slovakian-speaking Customer Service Representative position with hybrid working in Budapest.
Responsibilities:
Be in contact with vendors and customers via chat and email
Solve the incoming questions and requests of customers
Cooperate with customers, vendors and internal teams
Contribute to maintaining and increasing the customer satisfaction level
Requirements:
Fluency in Czech/Slovakian and English languages
Customer service experience is an advantage
Customer-centred mindset and excellent communication skills
